Any potential problems with used boat

I am looking at a 2006 211 with around 350 hrs. The v drive was replaced this year due to water. A used Walters with left hand rotation was installed. Which is different than original factory rotation. Any issues here? The boat is 800 miles away so I want to be fairly confident in the purchase before seeing it.
