2014 210 standard cruise control or zero off?

No can't order a 1235 with a 210 atleast not with the 2013 or older. Maybe Nautique got smart and made a tweak with the 2014 hull and will now safely accommodate a 14.5" prop. If you run a 14.5" prop on the pre 2014 hull you have to eventually do something about the gel coat burn that will result.
