If you are ordering a G 23, here's my take… NSS is a no brainer. Even if you "don't surf that much".

The big revelation is the surf pipe. Can't describe how much the surf pipe adds to the experience. Sure the rumble is cool, but once it's gone, it adds a whole new "peacefulness" to the experience.

Do you also get the Linc system functionality of the '14's? ie more control from the touch screen...

Btw, I also just got my 2013 G23 back this past weekend with the surf pipe added and I'm with OP it is a MUST add! Much quieter, no steam/exhaust present at all, very nice!

get a wetsounds 420 and bluetooth piece. i'd bet it has better sq than most. plus, if you've got tower speakers you need separate zone control anyway.

I haven't checked for sure on that but I don't see why not.

I don't think it will work. The link has a clarion communication end on it to control the radio. You will need to change it over to a Polk audio plug..

Seriously considering ordering a '14 head unit. The holdback is that the cutout for the '13 version is a different size than the '14, I believe. I'd like to keep it looking as stock as possible and not like a shoe cobbler put it together.

From the Nautique website. It looks to be the same size hole just with a black plate for the size differences.

Thanks for the pic. Honestly, I hadn't looked too much into it yet. Too busy trying to squeeze the last out of summer aboard the boat.
