Custom ballast added to 07 SAN 220

Asked my dealer - Regal & Nautique of Orlando - to rig my fat sacs into the boat so I'd only have to flip switches to fill up the fat sacs. I got tired of moving everyone around my boat as I switched the fat sacs and figuring out which foot/side people need to ride since the switching sides took some time. The center stern fat sac I still fill manually. My new system is AWESOME for me!

    Nice!
I'm looking at doing something similar to my 220...
Do you have the details of what was done?

With the added switches I'm assuming there's seperate pumps for the new bags? (aerator or reversible?)
Is anything piggybacked from the factory tanks?

What size bags do you have? (750 in the rear locker?)
It looks like there's a little extra room with the current bag under the rear seat... I use a tube sac there and it fits well and fills all the space.
Maybe that would be enough to be able to get rid of the extra bag you manually fill?

I can ask the dealer. What I sort of know
      - No piggybacking off factory tanks.
      - Pumps for (1) bow (2) Starboard (3) Port.
      - Starboard and Port each fill the fat sacs under the passenger seats first then the rear locker.
      - They added a shut off valve between passenger seat and rear lockers - if you only want to fill rear lockers.
      - 400lb rear lockers - 260lb passager seats

If your rear seat bag is larger that may help you not have to fill the center bag manually. If I had more people in the boat I would have had the center rear seat in and people sitting there and on one side...yesterday it was only my wife and 2 of my 3 kids so the center bag was a must - and the dogs but they never stay where I tell them

        Awesome, thanks for the reply.
This give me another option to think about.
I was planning on just piggybacking everything, but the one I have done (center locker arrow sac) is having issues draining and I have a feeling the bags under the rear seat would present a similar issue for me.

I was curious about your manual sac since I never felt I needed one, but it makes sense now since I have larger bags, it probably comes close to being equal...

I look forward to being able to flip a switch and fill/drain everything, it will be so nice not having to deal with the manual pumps!
I'll get there eventually, maybe a winter project

Do you know if they drilled any new holes for the added pumps? or did they tee off the existing inlets?

        Thanks

They drilled holes - I will check with them as to where the holes are. I just took it home and started riding.

            Awesome man!
Don't worry about where the holes are, I was just curious if they were added or not.
Looks like a great upgrade, enjoy it!
