I have always loved the tribal decals (obviously, since I put them on my boat). But I've had problems with adhesion on the starboard side while surfing. My whole family (except me) is goofy or left handed and so a good portion of the decal on that side spends a lot of time under water because of the way the boat lists with the weight. Twice now after extended surfing the bottom of the decal on that side has peeled back the next time I drive with any speed. I even had them applied by a decal shop both times. No problems with the port side, but since I am the primary driver, that side does not get submerged nearly as much. Others seem to have had better luck. But I am tired of replacing the graphic so I am thinking about going with just the "SUPER AIR NAUTIQUE" decal--prob not chromax--so that it stays out of the water and hopefully stays on.

The "super air nautique" shown on the white boat is not chromax but will cost $340 for both sides. That is what is really detering me from getting it. Tribal would be 180$ for both sides and that would leave me more money to spend on some oter cosmetic things.
Would it be much cheaper to have a decal shop do it?

When I started having problems with my tribal decals, my local shop told me they could make me the same decal for about $100 for each side. I'm guessing that if they can do the tribal for that cost, that the letters would be as cheap or cheaper. I plan to check it out. But N3 Boatworks has the drip mold for $140.25 each side.2017 G23
