    again, why would Malibu be suing Nautique over a "flap" that MC has been using before Mailbu introduced Surfgate? Just seems like MC has a better claim against Malibu than Malibu has against Nautique. Maybe MC never tried to patent their surf tabs but why would they, they're just regular, run-of-the-mill trim tabs.

          This thread came right to mind when I saw that Supra launched their "Swell" surf system this past week. Malibu has a much stronger case against Supra than CC. It's the same design just different placement.
