Adding extra ballast to 2013 SANTE 230

I just bought a 2013 SANTE 230. Dealer added the NSS (essential option IMHO) and therefore they updated the LINC software to 2014 version to integrate with NSS.

When they did this upgrade they said that there is no longer (in 2014 software) the option to adjust the timers on the ballast pumps. I had them install the wake makers piggyback system in both back lockers and under bow seating. Without being able to adjust the ballast pump timer, the pumps turn off when the hard tanks are full. I then have to start them again to fill the fatsacs.

Not a huge problem for filling, but when draining, the dealer advised that I need to pay attention and turn the pumps off manually when they start running dry (listen for the change in pitch). This is not ideal because we usually have music and distractions when draining. So I am curious if anyone else has this problem, and if there is a solution?

Ps, first nautique after a Malibu, and despite the small issue above, VERY happy with the nautique so far!
