Looks to me like a custom tower... Does look similar to Boss towers though. You will just have to find a way to support the tower when folded like has already been mentioned. Finding a replacement light may be tough depending on where it was sourced.

Looks like a New Dimension tower to me... and either way.... they'd likely have a part very similiar to what you need.

Upon close inspection I can see the factory holes that were filled in when the tower was installed. Thanks to everyone for the help.

By the way, you should replace the bulbs on your light bar with the LED version. The ones you have are like 50watts each. Thats alot of amp draw.
