Yet another G23 thread

Options that are must have: NSS, bow filler cushion, sunpad cushion, 450 engine will work well, tower speakers and amp way too expensive( i went with audioformz 10 inch x4 and arc audio amp) , underwater lights(unless u want aftermarket).

as far as ballast, ive never wished for more, we ride with full tank of gas and usually 4-8 peeps in boat.

Jeff - From your experience, what is a 2014 G23 loaded up with all the goodies (design package, 450, factory stereo) with a tricked-out trailer (tandem 18's) running?

Ordering my 3rd G23 this month, and for me the basic must haves are:
*Pocket Door (much more handy than the slide-in)
*Heater (I'm in polar ice caps...Minneapolis)
*Reversible Stern Seat (sounds like it's standard, now)
*Auto Fire Extinguisher

The pretty nice to haves:
*NSS (I don't really surf, but I think it'll help with resale)
*Tower Speakers (main reason I get them is for looks, resale, and the lights they have)
*Bow Filler Cushion
*Bimni

If you want to go all out:
*Heated Drivers Seat (if it's cold enough to need the heated seat, I'll be wearing sweat pants which are warm enough for me)
*Underwater Lights
*Battery Charger

Wouldn't get even if I had cash burning a hole in my pocket:
*Sunpad Filler (takes up too much space in the rear lockers)
*Tower Cam

Are the bow arm rests still an option?

I thought it looked like a really dumb option until I popped one up and sat up there. They were awkward to put up and down, but nice on long rides. Turn the bow into a couple lazy boy recliners.

We take long rides sometimes between restaurants and bars and people love them.

They are definately on the "If you want to go all out" list.

Yep, those are still an option. I had them last year, but didn't get them this time.

Thanks again for all the info. Boat is ordered. Now I have to upgrade the boat lift. Anybody out there have recommendations? I am looking at hewitt and sun stream. Both make a 6500 and 8000 lb lift. Not sure if the 6500 will be enough. Any thoughts or experience?
