Yeah, that color combo is what sold the boat for me. I had it delivered to MI from TX because of it...

By the way, i feel that putting updated graphics on my boat will make it look more modern and more like a wakeboat.

I have also added 2200 lbs of ballast and a ton of audio equipment to it. Does that make me seem like im trying to make my boat what it isnt?

Back in 97 they didnt have factory ballast or tower speakers so am i in the wrong?

Those decals look nice, at least on a newer boat. That said, personally, I dont understand the desire to put newer decals on an older boat. First, they dont look quite right with the classic gel stripes. Second, whats wrong with the period correct ones? Every time I see new decals on an older boat I assume the owner is trying to make the boat into something its not; wishing they had something newer or different... rather than appreciating the boat for what it is. A late 90's Super Sport/Super Air is an awesome boat in its own right! I think these decals would look sweet:

I will admit I've always really liked that ^^^^ graphic. I like the retro feel of the font and it happens to work well with that gelcoat pattern. In the end it's your boat... Do whatever makes you happy!
