    India's new tow vehicle

Ok I got a laugh out of this article...you have to see what it's towing(g25)....with that being said who's going to be the first at the ramp with this?

It took them 4 whole months to design it... and 5 months to stop it when towing that G23.

My Q7 diesel tows my old school SAN just fine, but I would not even attempt to tow a G23 with it. I can't imagine this Komodo will be safe to tow a G23.

This link has larger pics... http://www.boldride.com/ride/2014/ma...-makrand-patil

Looking at the wheel sizes compared to the trailer wheels (which are likely 15") I would say the Mihindra has at least 18-20" wheels. This means they could easily fit a 13-15" brake behind them. Coupled with a good 4 or 6 piston caliper I don't any reason why it couldn't stop just as well as a 3/4 ton truck assuming it doesn't have the weight of a paperclip. If its a light vehicle then I hope that trailer has good brakes too!

From those pics, the side shot makes it look like a pretty big SUV. I've seen 3/4 ton pick ups that didn't look that big in comparison to the G they were pulling. Are these real photos or artist renderings? They don't look real to me; like they super-imposed a G into the shot.

At least whoever photoshopped the Indian version realized whoever photoshopped the Jeep screwed up the trailer tongue and had the decency to just remove it all together in their copy.
