I want one for my '94 sport! Basically the same wetted surface so I believe it would fit.

No major drilling through the hull?
Deployable/retractable with relative ease?
Relatively inexpensive compared to a modern servo/electronic surf system?
Someone is going to make a nice little side business.
I am in as well.

I got mine last july and never had a surf board till this winter.
How well do these boats surf anyways? What benefits is this tab going to have? Being able to weight the boat evenly and not make it list? Doesnt that diminish the wave quite a bit?
Im a wakeboarder who might like to drink a beer while surfing after a few sets, whats this gonna do for me?

I'm probably going to do just for resale value. Not that it would add much but just since it's the 'cool new thing' and basically anyone can do it, I could see it selling quicker just because other older nautiques don't have it.1997 Super Sport

Well.... still over a foot of ice on my local lake, and the forecast shows 20 degree days in the future. Im hoping for the smallest break in weather and ice so i can trailer it to a nearby lake to get some water testing done.

Does anybody know where I could get those locking pins that Moomba has? Or a search term to use on the internet? I browsed quickly but found nothing.
