Has anyone switched or considering switching to a G21 from the 23?

I was excited for the G21 release as I would enjoy a G23 that was exactly 10% smaller in every aspect. But the difference between the 2 boats is so minimal I will stay with the G23. The 21 seems to be just a slightly shorter 23 with the same gunwale and nearly same weight. But I have not ridden behind a G21.

Some of the thoughts here were my thought as well. I would love a boat that handles like a smaller boat and doesn't take as much truck to tow. There doesn't seem to be a big enough difference in those areas to make up for the loss in center cabin area.
I would be more interested in the pros and cons of the wake vs. the G23.2021 G23 450 - Current

The stock wake behind the 23 is way more than I need, so any benefit/shape difference the 21 may provide wouldn't be enough of a difference for me to make the switch.
It will be interesting to get "on trailer" weights for both the 21 and 23. Just as a comparison, my 230 (about 20 gal of fuel on board) weighed 6200 on a Boatmate tandem. I'm guessing about 1200-1400 for the trailer? So 4800-5000 for our 2008 230 sounds heavy compared to the "dry weight" listed. I think in '08 CC listed it as 4200, add ~120# for the fuel on board, and still quite a bit heavier...2008 230 TE-ZR6

For me (only have sat in a G21) the cabin feels much smaller, and loosing the in-floor cooler is a deciding point for my/our uses.

It's similar to the 230 in my opinion. You can get by with the 343, but if you add extra people or ballast, I'd recommend the 409.
Missing the floor cooler, driver glove box, and the large glove box of the G23 definitely sucks. But I would take a 21 just because of the price difference alone.
The wake will be about as tall/wide as the G23, but the G21 will have more of a peak like a 210.
G21 dry weight on a Ram Lin trailer is 7100lbs.
G23 will be a few hundred pounds more.2012 SANTE 230
