Yes, we did when we had our 200 and it surfed fine for those after-ski sets. Just get one of those U-shaped fat sacks, a floaty surf board and ask all the passengers to get on one side of the boat.
Also worked ok with just a #750 sack put on either side, but you can only surf on one side that way. And it's for lighter surfers mostly...

thanks Noel
can you pls give more details/ clarify
is it either
1 what is weight of u shaped sac and here did you put it
2 is that one or two 750lb sacs ....is it additional to the u shape sac? what d you mean you can only surf on one side if sacs are on either side
Yes, after skiing I run a 650 across the back (seat always out), and a 260 on either side of the motor box for boarding. For surfing I piggy-back the 260's on one side with the 650 across the back. Works pretty well. Passengers can sit on the saddlebag for added ballast. I do have a tower so it's easy to hold on. Tower helps for getting good air when boarding. A longer Hyperlyte surf style for older or larger surfers, my son (110lbs) uses a small skim board and has a blast. Don't forget the gate! Makes a big difference with ballast. Good luck!
