Plumbing Ballast into a Ski Nautique 200

As a course skier I refuse to give up my Ski Nautique 200 despite the fact that my 10 year old son is probably already a better wakeboarder than I am slalom skier. For wakeboarding I normally run 400 or 750 lbs sacs on either side of the motor box and it throws an acceptable wake for him, but not like the 210 that he rides at camp.

I am considering to install a pump and permanently plumb the bags in the 2 side saddle bag compartments. I rarely use these as we normally just put our skis on the side of motor box when skiing and boards don't fit. Everything else is always stored at the dock since we live on the lake.

This would get them off the floor when we are boarding and also get rid of having to manually fill the sacs with a Tsunami pump. Has anyone out there tried this with any success. Since I know nothing about ballast setups, what would it take to do this and how hard would this be to accomplish.

    Thanks
Working...
