    Waiting on Parts

Am I the only one here that is having a hard time getting parts from their dealer? When I originally purchase my boat last year, I waited 2+ months for a set of flight clips to come in. I eventually called West Coast Correct Craft and mailed a letter to Florida asking them what the problem was. I'm not exactly sure at what point they decided to be responsive, but I did eventually get them after paying for them and waiting 2 months.

Now I am waiting for a love seat extension that I ordered about 5 weeks ago. Also I am waiting on some parts for my center ballast that I would suspect is readily available.

Can someone tell me what the deal is with Correct Crafts parts distribution problems? What is the point of having a 5 year warranty on your boat when you can't get the parts in a timely fashion? Is this a problem that all dealers are struggling with or is my dealer dropping the ball.

I feel like I got great service when I purchased the boat, but getting replacement parts has been like pulling teeth. Although I would consider myself a Nautique owner for life, there may come a time in my life when the boat itself isn't the deciding factor.

Sad to say but it is a pain to get parts from CC. More than likely, it is not your dealer that is the issue. I wish I had a good solution for you but unfortunately I don't.

I've been dealing with West Coast CC since I bought my boat and they've been great. I've had some warranty issues and they even call to check up and see how things are going. I've been very impressed. As far as the dealer, I haven't been back there since I bought the boat, and will never go back.
Sounds like its the dealer jerking you around which is nothing new in this industry. Try dealing with West Coast directly, there are some great guys that work there. Talk to Tony, Brice, or Chris and I'm sure they'll get whatever you need done.
      Good luck.
