I have a G23 and I desperately want to have my whips be used for guests and I want to make a boat lift. I was thinking about getting some posts put into the ground. From there I was hoping I could build something along the lines of photo attached. I of course need to lift enough for G23 and crew. It also is a must to have walkway around entire boat, floating or attached. If anyone has done anything like this or has any idea best way to lift boat, Hoist or another method please comment and share!

I just noticed the lift shown in your pic is a decko lift. I have the same lift different model. In your pic, its mounted on top of the pilings and mine is a side mount. Both provide much added strength and if you notice in the last pic i posted, i have no beam above my boat limiting the height it could be raised. I live on a brackish channel and deal with the tides. I want to be able to suck my boat high up into the roof if need be and these lifts allow that to happen.2014 G23 450 Coastal Edition

I am currently modifying my FloatAir 6000# hydro for a 230.

At the moment, I have a couple of skis on it but according to Seven Seas, I have to change out my risers for the bunks from the stock 9.5" to a 12" in the front and 14" in the rear.
I should hopefully have everything done next week and will post pics of the clearances.
Great lifts, great end user support from the manufacturer.
