I'm interested in the answer to this also since I need to fit it under a 7' garage door. The lower side supports on the 2004 tower makes it look like it will fold lower than the 2000-2003, 2005 and 2006 towers.
Can someone measure the clearance height of their folded tower and also state what traler the boat is sitting on?

Thanks in advance.
While you would think this it isn't quite true. With the lower side supports means the upper half of the tower has to make up the difference to keep the same overall tower height, so the upper legs get longer making them stick up more. Overall I think the difference between the trailer-able height of 2004 compared to the other years is about the same. I don't know the exact measurements right off, but my 2003 fits under my 7' door. It is close and with the trailer tongue jack all the way up it will not clear, but midway down or on my truck it clears just fine.
I can get a measurement of my tower and garage door this evening for you to compare.

This is correct, the top portion of the tower sticks up further than the base when folded. But it does fit under a 7ft door, on a Ramlin single axle.

Okay, my 2003 SANTE 210 is 83" (6' 11") at the highest point on the tower with the tongue jack all the way up. It's 81" (6' 9") when backed into the garage and my garage door is 82" (6' 10") high. This is on a Ramlin single axle trailer with 15" tires.
Thanks everyone for helping me out. A couple more questions...is the highest point the rear of the side support on the non-2004 towers? Or is the highest point the back leg sticking up?
Just trying to figure out how much play I would have. If the highest point is near the axle, then dropping the tongue doesn't help much...might need to let air out of the tires. Whereas, if the high point is up in the nose, then dropping the tongue can make a huge difference. My door is actually 6'10".
On the non-2004 towers I think the high point is about equal between the rear of the side support and the rear leg sticking up. It's within a half inch and I can't tell which is higher.

You would be surprised at how much lowering the tongue actually drops the lower rear tower legs. That is the reason mine won't fit unless the tongue is lowered. I realized that the first time I accidentally tried moving the boat out of the garage without lowering the tongue. :-/ They are about the same height when all is level though.
