    *n3 boatworks*

Let me start by saying I am not a writer, but with my limited skills,I would like to express my gratitude to Mark at N3 for making what was a sour situation -Perfect.

Without getting into all the details, Mark went above and beyond what would be expected from any dealer and with my situation. He truly did.

I would do business with N3 again for sure, and would recommend to all others that are looking for a dealer to look at more than how much you are paying for your new boat and focus on how your problems will be handled if something does not go as planned. That is how a dealer will shine. That is something that you can not put a price on.

Mark, thank you again and I am glad I got to shake your hand.

Great to hear! I don't have any experience with Mark but they have an invaluable resource in their parts manager Zach who is very active here and on ccfan. My boat originally came from N3 via the PO but I'm still rockin' the N3 guide pads on my trailer all the way from FL. Keep up the good work N3!

^^^ 100% agreed, which I why Malibu is in the past and I've bought 2 boats from Buxtons.

We consistently hear great things about N3... And we all know they have prob the best Nautique

Sorry! No body skin me please! I was thinking of No Wake marine in Cincinnati! I visited both dealers last summer a day a part, thus my confusion.

Weird to see Bu and Nautique under the same roof though don't u think?

I would think the BU's would outshine the Nauti's in the showroom with their cushy interiors and nice sound systems . The test drive would tell a different story That is where the Nauti would shine . Comparing them side by side the more you look the more you will go with the Nauti.

^^^^ On the contrary actually for me. My dealer carries both Nautique and Mali. When you jump from the mali to the Nautique you see/feel the difference immediately. I still don't understand where people think because the seats of Mali's are rounded and thicker that equates to "plusher/better". I disagree 100%. My comparison is a lazy boy chair vs a fine Italian leather sofa.

Back on topic - N3 has hands down the SICKEST Nautiques anywere!!! The black & grey G23 they have right now is the baddest G I've ever seen.

I have to agree with Migs. Going in and out and walking around each boat I could easily tell which boat was supposed to be the more budget line.

ForumZ are a great place for a dealer to inject some personality into the boat ownership experience. GuyZ that post pertinent info and offer some real insight to the sport also make it easier for the casual customer to ring a dealership and trust making that long distance purchase(s) based solely on the fact that a "good guy" works there and represents on a solid forum. N3 is doing a great job connecting through the ever growing back channels, I think it's just good business and adds to a dealership's appeal.

I want to thank everyone for their flattering words!! It means a lot when people say things like that to our entire dealership because we really try to give everyone the best we can. This is largely because we consider everyone friends and brothers in the boat world. Seems to be the result when businesses genuinely care about the customer. Lets face it, we're just a bunch of guys like you but we're lucky enough to work in the boat world every day. Now lets get some props wet, this winter has been long and cold.
