1997 with factory shower - is there a valve or something in the system?

Hi - new to me boat. Can't get the factory shower to work - hear the pump running but no water from the shower head. Boat was winterized by a dealer...is there a cold water pickup valve or something that needs to be opened? I see a cold water pickup hose running aft under the floorboard...
