Does the 2013 binimi top fold up? Or does it bolt on and you have to take it off if you want some sun?

It has four mounting points. If you want full sun you have to remove the Bimini completely. Only takes Bout two minutes to do it though.

It folds in halfway, but all the new Nautiques have biminis that stay somewhat extended at all times. It does not fold front to back, the sides fold in to make it not so wide.

Also, I bet you can completely remove the Bimini faster than you can roll Moomba's up in their Bimini boot.

Yes. Only the center section stays extended all the time which pretty much just cover the floor, not any seats. The side parts that angle down fold up and fit in the travel boot.

It's a 230, but the Bimini is the same. Look at the third picture in this link and it gives you a great idea how it covers when folded up.

I'm not sure which one that is, but it's half the size of the 2013. Not sure they offer that one standard on the 13's.

Go and have a play with one of the biminis before you bag it.
It folds in/out in seconds, it takes seconds to remove two thumb screws to allow the tower to fold down to the wind screen height...
At the end of the season or early season you dont want the shade remove the thumb screws and two pins and its off.
I didnt like the look of it but once I had a play with one the function won me over and now im super glad i have it.Comment
