    How much is a 2001 san in rough shape worth?????? What is a fair price
    Hi im looking at a 01 super air 210 with 1100 hrs and the interior is cracking and there are alot of marks on the hull. The color is red and black looks good. Everything works including perfect pass and ballast. Runs great also. Does not have a trailer. How much is a fair offer. I dont want to over pay and im not fimiliar with these boats

      Have you test driven yet? I would highly recommend a test drive before even offering anything. Assuming everything works, no leaking from rudder or shaft, etc. (those little things add up!), 1100 hrs considered on the high side, and assuming a GT-40 motor I would offer around $16k or so. Gotta figure interior on one of those boats to have it done "factory correct" will be $3k-4k. Trailer is gonna run you $1500-2k. So basically a fair price on a boat with good to excellent interior and good trailer will be in neighborhood of $21-23k. My figures are buy prices, not asking prices. And that's just my opinion of course. A good used trailer can be difficult to come by.

          To give you a good idea of the quality you get for $4k interior, check out spencermo's thread here, he just got it done and it looks great. You can find cheaper places but for a quality job, you get what you pay for.

                      Christinesmarine.com they are a site sponser. should have whatever you need interior wise for that year. I would say that year with those hours in fair condition with a trailer would be $20-25k depending on location, time of year, etc. Subtract trailer and in less than fair condition (remember, these boats are over a decade old), maybe $16-18K. Again, just my opinion. I bought a fair condition 02 SANTE 2 years ago, so that is what I am basing it off of.
