Had an 07 and here's my setup

Goofy or starboard side full , belly full, 200 lb fat sac on starboard rear seat. It puts out a decent wave. It's not huge but surfable ( if that's a word)

Thanks. I will be out tomorrow and start with your setup. I think I had the rear (starboard) excessively weighted using the Ronix 8.3 sac that I recently purchased.

Watch your speed also. I did 9.4 to 9.6 on my 07. You might play with speed maybe lower and see what happens

            Hi,
Try not to concentrate all the weight in the back. Weight in the front makes wave longer.
            I use:
            1.Starboard stock ballast full
2.Extra 400 in starboard rear trunk
3.Extra 400 below seats close to the driver (or people)
4.Belly tank full (or half if not too many people in the boat)
5.then play with hydrogate (If I recall it has to go forward)
