    V-drive boom for 2004 SANTE

I have a lead on a v-drive boom with height adjuster. I have never seen a picture of it mounted on the pylon behind rear seat. Is the pylon tall enough? How is the spray without the boom extension? 2004 SAN is the boat it will be mounted on. Would a tower boom be better?

I was wondering the same thing. We got a 02 SAN late last year...

I know they do make booms specific for v-drives with the short pylon so as long as that is what this is then it should work. You will also need to check cable length to make sure they are long enough. I don't know but I am guessing you would want an extension to get out past the side spray a little bit. You'd probably be ok when directly on the boom but when you use the 5 ft leader line off the boom I think you'd be getting a lot of spray.
