I just wanted to share my experience with Nautique parts. I am the kinda guy that likes to shop at the local (mom and pa stores) pro shops. So this past week I have been doing a lot to the boat get it ready for the summer. I need a new steering cable, gas shocks, and impeller. So I found the stuff on nautique parts and saw the price and they had everything in stock. Like I said I like to shop locally so I called a few nautique dealers and one said I can't get the stuff?? Very surprised and the other said its about this much (which was 50 dollars higher than NP). I said alright if I get the cable could you walk me though it?? Their answer was its best if you let us do it which I know is going to be a steep labor bill. So I decided to call nautique parts and I talk to Doug and I believe David they both told me the best way to do it and showed me the right parts to get. With there help I was able to do everything in 3 hours! I have nothing but amazing things to say about NP. I also wanna say the lady In shipping is awesome too she seemed to have more knowledge about nautiques then my local guys. So I wanna give a big thanks to everyone over at Nautique parts you have a life long customer. THANK YOU

Good deal. I think a lot of dealers go through NP and just mark it up.

and it's double nice when NP IS the local ma and pa store! Probably the lady you are referring to is Diane, David's mom and part owner. She's super nice and definitely very knowledgeable. I've heard of more instances than I can be mentioned of them going the extra mile to help.

Just picked up my first '05 SANTE 210 last week. Made a list all the parts needed replacing. Did some shopping around, and found NautiqueParts.com was the only place that had all of them... Plus a few. My order was place this morning and within 1hr I had UPS Shipping tracking. WOW!!! These guys are awesome! They can expect more orders from Gome123.

Even overseas they are providing there value. Ordered the normal summer tune up + some extra's and steering cable for my 230. A boat is never cheap, but NP is the most affordable shop. Plus they are super detailed, make sure everything is OK and checked with the boat numbers. Fast shipment and prompt responses by email.
All together is a great succes!

++1 for Nautique Parts. Townsend is one heck of a representative for the company. I have ordered many parts from them, but one situation showed me they want your business. Back when I purchased my boat was having problems with the mirror staying in place while underway. Found their website on PlanetNautique and called Townsend and askedwhat was the problem with this. He said he knew exactly what it was and asked for my address. A couple of days later I received a package from them and inside was the rubber sleeve that slides over the shaft. Installed it in a couple of minutes, problem resolved. The thing was, he didn't even charge me for it! Since then, I have only counted on Townsend and NP for all of my needs. Recently purchased a new Seadek interior kit from him and the transaction was flawless.

I've got to admit that they are much better priced than my local dealer. And will even call me back. Shipping was fast and communications about my orders has been very prompt. So far I'm satisfied so I'll definitely buy from them again.

I've only inquired about something but their answer was very quick and personal. I will do business with them when the time arises

First post - I bought a 2007 SANTE 220 that needs one of everything (literally). This is my first wakeboard boat, and while I am mechanically able, I was relatively green to the types of repair issues I am running into. Nautiqueparts has been critical in responding to my questions. I am too a local guy, but I will try to order every single part I can from Nautiqueparts because they have been so helpful and responsive (I have a $12,000 budget!)

I must jump in as well. Even with duties and shipping and exchange rate, Nautiqueparts is sooooooooooooo far ahead of the local Nautique dealer in my area it is not even funny!! I can barely get a response from the local dealer and this now happens only because I made the Nautique customer service department aware of the situation. Nautiqueparts run an awesome site, and the amount of care they show each of their customers (as evidenced on this thread) demonstrate that they get "it".
