    Wakeboard wake

I was wondering if any of the boarders could give me a idea on the wake set up for boarding. I ride about 21.5 behind my old boat old outback v with 1200 lbs ballast. I could only ride at 60-65 ft because the wake would get washy after that. I consider myself a intermediates rider that can gap toe and heel side and do a few tricks, but just staring to try inverts.
I like a rampy wake or at least one with a good sized transition(as my knees are getting old).
Can anyone help me with set up?
What do advanced riders ride for settings and ballast vs intermediate.

Thanks I hope people still wakeboard

First question I would ask are u sure your going 21.5? Check that with a GPS. I would think your boat should be clean at 65-70 feet with only 1200lbs at 21.5. Otherwise your gonna have to speed up a bit. Your other option will be to move more of your weight to the front of the boat. More now weight will help cleanup your wake also. Lastly 65' at 21.5 is probably the longest you'd ride behind most boats anyway.

Yes I am pretty sure, moomba outback v's you can't get much longer. Sorry the new boat is a 2013 210 what weight and length and speed. I don't want to ride at 23 like to keep it to 21 to 22.

Well I run my 08 210 which is same hull as a 13 with 750's in rear about 60% full, I have arrow sac in center locker which fills to about 300ish. Put 100lbs lead right in nose, then another 400lbs lead spread around the midship. Wake is money! Ride 22.7 and 72.5ft back. Wake will still be clean with this weight at 22 as well.
