In that case I don't think its a bad deal at all but it never hurts to try to negotiate.

140 hours is nothing, the upholstery looks perfect and already has an over-the-tower bimini
Two comments: I have noticed the platform is not the original from 2007, it was probably lost and replaced.
In order to improve the boat, I would buy:
- the perfect pass upgrade (GPS upgrade, star gazer wake edition) that will make driving much easier when loaded 529$
- if they have kids I would put some sano pad or seadeck around the sunpad (it is very slippery)50$
- I would connect extra highfly sacs the existing ones . (W711 and W701) 500$ and another external sac on the side for surfing. check the web because there is a kit that includes all and a pump.

i picked up a 2006 220 team edition in october and i love it. it took me a while to get the wakeboard wake dialed in but now its sick! the interior layout is one of the reasons i bought the boat in the first place, tons of storage and with the built in cooler and trash can it keeps the inside of the boat nice and open, i removed the storage above the cooler since it really wasnt needed and it makes the boat feel much more open. ive got the zr-6 and fuel consumption is actually pretty good, even running 2500 lbs of ballast. surf wake is one of the best ive been on as well.

One final comment. I have revisited the pictures and if they have kids I would remove the ski pylon on the platform. You do not need it and it´s dangerous because kids love running & jumping from the sunpad.

Final advice on how to load a 220:
-Best Wakeboard set up: 22-24mph, Stock ballast+Extra V sack front (750lb)+Maximum extra 200lb in each rear trunk (or people). 220 is a long boat that needs the extra load in the front. Too much weight in the back does not help. . Balance people weight evenly. Use the rear facing seat (Sit the fatties that know how to fix the wake there). Board racks also affect stability (do not put 2 boards on one side and nothing on the other). Hydrogate forward until landing then move backwards,
-Wakeboard for small kids (below 10): 15.5-17mph no ballast
-Wakeboard for bigger kids & beginners: 18-19-5mph no ballast.
.Best Wake surf :10.5mph, Half or full front stock ballast (the more forward the longer)+ Full stock rear ballast on the side your are riding+Full extra rear ballast on the same side (400lb).+ If you want bigger add people to the side or/and extra bag below the same side rear seats. Hydrogate (if surf on port side it works better on forward position, if starboard better backwards)Last edited by josemolino; 05-16-2014, 04:37 AM.

UPDATE: My friend bought the boat and is taking it out with his family on Memorial Day.
Thanks to all of you for your help! We are going to houseboat together in August at Lake Powell, so I'll get to check it and enjoy it myself then.
Thanks again!!!

Everything Jose said. I had a 07 220 for 6 seasons. Here is what I learned:
Perfect Pass had a terrible time when the boat was heavily weighted so I replaced it with ZeroOff.
The boat was really sensitive sided to side you have to move people around to get the wake clean on both sides. It also likes to porpise if too much weight is in the back. The 40# bags of shot work really well to solve this problem because you can put them at the drivers feet and in the center storage where the boat likes to be weighted. Fully loaded I would run 400# of lead in the middle of the boat to get it handle right. I used to run 450 in each rear side compartment, 650 V-sac in the bow and full stock ballast, and 400lb of lead in the middle. Handled great and made a nice clean wake.
Invest in the ACME 1235. This is a larger, lower pitch prop. I lost 2 mph on the top end and ran the same RPM at 30mph. This is the right prop for the boat, made it accelerate quickly even fully loaded.
The layout - it is different but I loved it - very comfortable and there are armrests for every seat built into the layout.
