What happened to the VANS Triple Crown wakeboarding events?

I was searching for the VANS Triple Crown wakeboarding events and could not find anything about the '05 events.

I did find the MC pro wakeboard tour that listed events in similiur cities so I can assume that VANS was switched over to the MC PWT.

Last year VANS was in Indy but PWT doesn't list Indy as one of the tour stops. :|

I was hoping to catch another tour stop this year but without a stop in the midwest I will not be attending.

The VANS series was cancelled this year. The PWT has always been around, but they are not coming to the midwest this year. I always went to the Indy stop too. I heard that even if the VANS continued, they wouldn't be able to have any more events at the Precedent in Indy because of insurance issues. I guess the people that own the Precedent were asking an outrageous amount of money to use the facility because of insurance issues. . . It's too bad because the Indy stop was a great site.
