    Super Sport 210 (99 vs 01) size?

I am looking at a move from one lake to a different lake.
my current lake has a max size of 21 feet.
the lake in am looking at has a max size of 21 feet and 3100 LBS.

    I have a 2001 SSN with Tower.
CCfan documents has a the specs as 21.175 feet and 3180 lbs.
But the 1999 stats are 21.0 and 3080 LBS.

are both these boats from the same mold?
should be be the same size?

    thanks for any input.

Yes both boats should be exactly the same as 95-01 have the same deck. 02-06 got a new deck but the length and width should not have changed. What does your registration/insurance paperwork say? I believe mine all say 21'.

They want to use CCF over a legal document? I would wear them out on that... As reputable as CCF is and as pathetic as out government is, aside.

Size limits, ballast limit and on and on...I hope this is not where our lakes are headed. Unfortunately, it seems there is more and more of this.
So lets say you get a boat within spec 3100 lbs, is that total weight? Ballast included? If overall length is in the equation what about the swim platform? Where does that end?
OP- thinkin you are on a slippery slope there, as others have stated, I would keep my boat titled at 21ft and talk to the guy that would be citing you. If that guy was a nob I would be looking at different property. Good luck-

if you have a boat that the platform can be REMOVED, then not it does not count. it is has to stay on to drive then it counts. if it molded in the glass it counts.
at any rate, we are going to to look at the home but only if we cannot find on in current area.

also, you CANNOT run weight in your boat over the max load. (people and gear, and SACS.)

              There are three lake in our area;
Current area has NO Covered docks and just a few that people share (10 year waiting list, going on year 9, but sub lease if you want). No Max HP, Max speed of 35 (but if your footing they might no check you). Max 21 feet. No Ballast checking.
              Next Opt.
20 feet Max, Max Speed 37, no max HP homes can have docks if they currently have them, No Ballast checking.
              Last opt.
21 max messure and check sales document, no larger then 3100, max CI is 360, no weight over MAX LOAD. No Wedge, Ballast will be PLUGED if you run more them MAX load.

              thanks for all the INPUT!

I should have added, these are all small private lakes.
One is owned by HOA (2000 homes around 200 boats).
The other two are small towns that limit the boats to owners around the lakes.
Two are around 300 ac and the other is around 600 ac.
