I think Mike's issue is with the rear lifting ring on the 211. Apparently
design wasn't well thought out, and ski ropes get tangled around
it in the location chosen. Someone we were talking with suggested
that there is no reason the lifting ring could not be inside the
motor hatch on a v-drive. Interesting possiblity.

If so, my SAN has the hidden lifting ring.

Yeah I was talking about the pop up lifting ring, I just didn't understand why some are pop up and some aren't...
