Dealer reaction was outstanding, logistical nightmare tho. On the phone and emailed diagrams immediately. The offer was there to immediately drive the part to me but I can't ask that much.

It's just going to be in the back of my mind if this stupid plug was overlooked and left out what else could be missing? Each boat is hand made and no two are exactly alike, I never thought about how much different before.

Wake looked pretty awesome on the other side, can't wait to try it on the goofy side.

      Example...
Buxton drove 4 1/2 hours to repair a wire on my 2012 I bought new. I called them and they jumped in the truck with a tech and headed my way. It was repaired that night under lights at a gas station.

I wonder why they don't lake test these when they do them, my dealer tanked mine at the shop but it took actually using it once for both sides to leak, and it wasn't leaking when we first launched it.

I live just a little further from the shop than that but for me the lake is still another 40+ minutes from there. I have fixed several things on my boat rather than bring it in so I wouldn't have to lose time on the water. However, if your not comfortable with wiring what would happen if you burned out the lenco actuator or worse the linc?

I know I could have fixed the leaks myself but didn't want to take on that liability so back to the shop it went. I had to have someone babysit my boat again and drag it back to the shop for me as nothing seems more frustrating than towing the boat all the way up there on a Sat. and not getting to use it or having to get off the water by noon so we can have it in on time and on the flip side it sucks not getting on the water till after noon because we had to wait to pick it up.

When I went to the factory, I actually was allowed to jump in my G while they water tested it. They did the NSS, the stock computer programs (beginner wake, interned, advanced, goofy and reg surf etc). I am not sure if this boat just fell through the cracks (which sucks) or if something else happened. It sucks when this happens after waiting all season to ride, but at least you know that you have once of the best customer service depts in the industry behind you (as well as your dealer).

Yeah in addition to the factory test my boat was taken out by the dealer when it came in as well, but the NSS was a dealer add on for all the boats made before it was released and available as a factory installed option, and of course some people will probably add one after the fact for some time to come if they skipped that check box on the order and realize the error of their ways later on ;-)

If they are offering to come out to fix it, let them come out and fix it.

I'm very personally close to my dealer and it gets complicated. We work back and forth on projects and I know they'd have driven 8 hours for anyone but I am a different situation.

They got me the part, hope to fix tomorrow. Had Nautique pit all the plugs in it would've been fixed already.

Dealer is good, CC makes a world class boat I was ranting over a little disappointment.
