need more space??? check this out

    Nthing New But

I have heard lots of people complaing about storage or lack there of in there Nautique,

If your handy with tools or have a bank account with some money hear are some soultions , Please keep in mind that these compartments were cleaned up to put a sub box in them, if you were just intrested in storage all the hoses and wires could be completley coverd or moved makeing these locations perfict for what ever, I dont know why CC dosent just do it like this from the factory so that every one could have a little extra space.

Figured I'd tack it on here rather than completely hijack Dragon's thread. Here's today's progess, got the glass and carpet down and spent an hour or so straightening out the wire. Not bad for a rain delay, and constant work interuptions! Tomorrow, get the heater mounted and start on the sub!

Wow great work guys. I do have one question. Where are your relocating yout heaters and fuse panels too. I have given some real thought to this project and even contacted clay at sound illussions for a quote but I cant afford it right now. Any tips would be helpful.

Thanks - Really had the idea awhile back, but after seeing Clay and Grant's work under there, I knew I had to do it as well. Sure wish they were closer though, it really is a big job. I'm putting my greyhill box below and in back of the ballast valves. I think that Grant/Clay mounted the one above under the drivers side pod. Here's a couple of pics from before I got interupted with Midwest Wakefest! After seeing all the room cutting the cooler out made, I really hate to fill it with my heater - but the wife says it stays!

Reminds me of a statement from the auto industry, an owner can get away w/ a lot more than the manufacturer. OF

                  Gotwake,

That area under the bow, starboard side cushion... wasn't there a fiberglass cooler\storage thing there? Did you cut that out, or does it just screw in somehow?
