diameter of 2014 flight control tower.

I'm having a custom surf rack built for the top of my tower. The guy was coming to measure today, but my rig is getting the nss fixed at dealer. Does anybody know the exact diameter ot the top bar? need to get it to him tomorrow.

The circumference is 20 cm. measured twice. Weather is good. On water now
