Gel / Fiberglass repair Sacramento area

I recently saw a thread recommending a gel / fiberglass person in Sacramento, but now I can't find it. I guess my search skills are not up to snuff. I'd appreciate it if someone would point me to the thread or repost the name of the shop. I don't have a current need, but I want to keep the information for future reference.
