I am excited about my new 2014 G25. I love surfing; been doing it for many years. Prior to this I have had 2 Centurions, 2008 Enzo 240 and a 2012 240plus. In order to get a good wave out of the 2 Centurions I have had to add ballast to the bow of the boat, 2 under the side seats and 2 in the rear compartments. In addition I had to add the switch blade. This really helped to improve the push and the size of the wave. What is the best way to improve the size and the push of the wave on my G25?

Thanks.
In order to get that 1000 lbs my dealer has made a few recommendations however it is clear they haven't done a lot of them so I am worried.
2 800 lbs fat sacks rear
2 400 lbs fat sacks in the side compartments
and nothing in the front
dealer has a suggested that I run a system on these fat sacks where you just throw the pump on the side of the boat. I prefer the system on my centurion where the added fat sacks are set up to automatically fill
What are your thoughts on how to do this.
Do you have any suggestions on what type of fat sacks to buy, what pumps fill up the quickest and how to install it

Call Blanton at Buxton... He plumbed mine..
Do 1100s off Y valves off the 2 rear factory pumps... And buy 2-300lbs of pop lead bags for underneath the front seats. Done cheapest, cleanest and a world class wake.2019 G23 450

I basically have a very similar setup to Ryan's, and my wave is similar. I use lead for the extra weight though. Got 600 pounds in the back compartments and 400 pounds up front.

That was is about 70% of the capability of a G, my boys are 9 and 11, I don't usually go that big for them. That's turning an easy 3200rpms, very comfortable and pleasant, reasonable fuel wise.
if you wanna go bonkers ridiculous big or really long:
11.8- 12.2mph
ncrs 2-4
Surf Vert 1-3
full 2850 OEM ballast
1100 extra in the surfside trunk
500 in the other trunk
500-750 extra up front.
and add as many folks as you can get. 60/40 to 70/30 cheat to the surf side
you are into 3600-4200rpms, ^^^ guzzling fuel here but it's fun! You need a 550hp or a 2014 450hp to do this ^^. Cut this extra ballast by 10-20% for a 2013 450 on an Acme 2315.2019 G23 450
