hi everybody. I have a 1998 sport/air Nautique. everything I've read says that it is 2700 pounds dry weight. I am wondering if that includes the engine or not?if anybody could help that would be great.
thanks. That's what I thought. I have been having trouble with my boat lift.one of the people I talked to today said some boats don't count the engine in their dry weight specs. the guys comment made me a little nervous the boatlift I bought was too small.
Dry weight is no fluids, no water, no added accessories in the boat (that can easily add an additional 500# or more).... That said, I think one should always side to a heavier rated lift.... Just my .02....
