I'm trying to get a few parts painted/powder coated to match the midnight blue on my 03 210. Does anyone know if the color codes are available?

There are really no color codes, like with a car. I believe Correct Craft specifies a color, and then is careful not to make any one boat with gelcoat from two different barrels. This avoids having a color mismatch on one boat. But the "Midnight Blue" on one boat may not exactly match another "Midnight Blue", especially if the boats are different model years.
Gelcoat fades in the sun. So even if you could get a paint that did exactly match the midnight blue, in 2003, it would not match now.
A good automotive paint store can custom blend paint to match existing colors. Expect to pay for this service. You can also go to an automotive paint store, and ask to look at a paint color chip book. You might find a good match, or a match that is so close that it can be easily tinted, or shaded to match your gelcoat.
But before you try to get a good paint match, you need to buff, and possibily lightly sand the existing gelcoat. Remember, it has had 9 years to fade in the sun.

I polished my hull with 3m's heavy duty compound and finesse it polish when I got the boat, so most of the fading should be gone. I've seen boats with color matched towers, speakers or trailers, so I figured that info was available. It's not like these parts are directly next to the blue on my boat, so it doesn't have to be a perfect match.
