    Mikeski,
You are goofy foot, ride on the other side of the wake, it's waaaay better on that side behind the 211 (and all Nautique's)! As a regular footer (left forward) I rode the starbord side of my wake last weekend just because it was sooo clean.
Agreed. I normally ride on the starboard side but wanted to post a pic for comparison purposes. I also load everyone on the side and back of the boat that we're surfing off of. Take a look at the following link to see more pics and video of us Wakesurfing.....

As for getting water in the vents....OH my have I! Check out my thread in the maintenance section called "fishy Smell" where I documented the discovery of water in the vents. I will have to play with the Hydrogate more as I couldn't really see a difference with it.....

      Fatboy,

I have also found the gate best set on 2. Also as soon as the driver gets to speed they jump up and sit on the side of the boat right behind the gate lever, you would be surprised how much difference that makes.
I want to try that but my Wife keeps giving me the stink eye when I ask her to move around like I'm making some kind of accusation about her weight :x Guess I'll just have to get a few more peeps in the boat..

          Fatboy,

Good suggestion. She's really just teasing me and since she started Wakesurfing (and liking better than boarding) she's been much more sensative to the wake needs. I just have to be very careful with my phraseology....
