Surf plate for 91-95 excel/barefoot

Has anyone ever contemplated this or by chance even made a mock up to see if it would work on this older V-drive hull?

I'm curious too. The only thing I don't like about mine is we haven't been able to surf with it. There are not nearly as many of our boats out there so it's pretty tough to get reply's to questions like this.

Not hard, they just don't work.

NSS is about the only thing that hasn't been tried.
