    Carpet conversion in a 2005 226

Has anyone upgraded the carpet on a 2005 226 to the new snap in style? Is it possible or do I have to stay with this original style. Other option would be to remove it all and add SeaDek. Any advice?

replaced my factory snap in with Corinthian carpet 3 years ago, still looks like new. Big upgrade over the factory rubber backed carpet.

You would have to gel coat the whole bucket. Once you remove the glued in carpet you will find rough fiberglass and carpet glue that is a mystery to science as to how hard it is to remove.
