Thank you for posting. I'm learning some from the replies myself. I lack all the pop. If it makes you feel better the only way I make wake to wake right now is cut wide and rocket across. Literally it looks like an arrow from one wake to the other. It leaves me bruised and worn out

The way it works in my head is like I am standing on a 2x4 flat footed that has one end on the ground and the other end up on a concrete block and I want to break the board but your shoes are glued to it. You would maybe bounce a bit then squat down in rythem and then try to thrust your feet through the board to break it, which if success full would both break the board and push your feet down throgh it while at the same time pushing your upper body up as you stand tall. The great thing about the wake is that it pushes back and sends you in the air. (I hope that visual makes sense). Of course your leaning back a bit against the rope so "down" is really more like down and out and the bouncing part isn't really that applicable to wakeboarding but it makes my little scenario more like what you would do on the gound in real life.
No more trying to ride up and ollie off the top of the wake for me, I'm trying to start getting up the wake thrust my feet/extend/stand tall (however you want to say it) and bust that thing so it looks like a water explosion under me but keep the handle in tight to my hips to maintain ballance.
