Fanboy rant - wake ski on a 97 TSC1 196

Just came to say that I am absolutely loving the ski wake on my 97 196. It's smooth at buttah and it's awesome for some side to side ripping. Thought my 82 Mastercraft was nice (and it was...thing was totally light) but this is just sweeeeet.

Great wake, or really lack of wake, and BTW its not a 196, its a ski nautique.

I think technically if you look at the manuals they introduced the 196 in 2003. They added the 196 when they came out with the 206. They used to have the Ski Nautique 176 and Ski Nautique. The Ski Nautiquee was the 19.6 foot long boat. They stopped the 176 and only had the Ski Nautique for a few years. Your boat is 19.6 feet and same as the 196 but they just called it a Ski Nautique. Technical babble but in my eyes you have a 196 since the length is 19.6. Not sure what else they could be referring to.

OK, good history lesson...a Ski Nautique it is. One that's 19 1/2 feet long.
