Are you sure that is Lake Anna? I didn't see a jet skier jumping the wake 10' behind the rider in any of those pics. I think you guys need to double check your location. Anyway, nice pics on "Lake Anna"
TheDude, yup, Lake Anna. Just have to look around for quiet spots and times. Midweek is pretty quiet. But, we did help a jet skier out the evening we took these photos. He stalled out as we were winding up the ropes. We towed him into the marina. I hope that brings some good karma for smooth water.

Yep - Lake Anna. Taken during the week on the hot side. Hot side tends to be a little quieter than public side. No guarantees. That's me in the pic! Ok - not really. These are pics of our wakeboard coach. But that is a Nautique wake!
On the other end of the spectrum, yesterday I got a chance to pull my Dad. He hadn't skied in 28 years. He turned 67 this year and got up on his slalom ski on the 3rd try. It was awesome! I think I had more fun than he did, and that is saying something.
Oh yeah, and I got to learn to surf. Pretty awesome Friday!

Did you get to surf behind your 210? Or did you hookup with someone? Pretty cool for us old guys after those surgeries.
Surfed behind the 210. We put about 900 extra pounds (400 front, 500 back) and it worked pretty well. I need lots of practice (want to come visit and drive? )

We dialed in our 226 as well. 250 lbs of sandbags each locker, fill the internal ballast on the surf side, belly ballast 3/4 full. Pretty good wave. Got two more 400 lb fat sacs to fill and move around.
I'll be surfing and wakeboarding on the hot side until Christmas. Come on over and ride or drive!

Seems like a good start. We got a pretty nice wave out of our 2004 210, but the newer 210 shaped makes a better surf wave, especially with the nss.
I see that you have a good number of people who can partner up with you at Lake Anna over the cooler months. I would love to come up, the hard part is that life gets in the way.
We are probably going to finish our season next weekend at Lake Hyco and then start getting ready for the snowsports season.
