Kinda a crappy pic, but here is our Reef Blue G23. Truth be told my wife and daughter really dig it (I was on the fence) and we have had A TON of complements on it. As you see, our tower matches instead of black and our interior is grey with grey SeaDek. OUrs was in dealer stock and with all the new color options, I don't think I would even care to try and design a boat any longer. Reef Blue is one of those colors that you really have to see in person, I have yet to see a pic (this one included) that really looks the same as when you see it in real life. To each their own and the person that worked with Jeff is lucky to be able to design their boat, order it and know what they will be paying for it as a "used" boat.
I %100 agree with this. It's a cool program Jeff and the sponsors have put together. As with any boat or thing for that matter, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Based on but not identical. The boat on the website has a white top deck and interior, huge difference between that and the entire reef blue deck and interior. Both are incredible boats, and the performance will be unmatched. I was just making a personal statement regarding the color selections. I am sure the future owner of this boat would despise my all white with silver flake stripe boat saying it is too generic. That's why they offer options right.

Right after I saw the new Nautique vid of the G23 a few days ago, I commented immediately how nice that all blue looked in the video. It would be so tough to make that decision on the build a boat section & risky. But after seeing it on the video, im sold!

The 2015 PN G23 is pretty much complete now. I went out to Roswell last week and checked in on it, and it looks amazing! The official unveiling will happen at the Grand Opening of Roswell's new facility in Rockledge, FL on Friday. The final decal application was performed by this guy today!

Yeah, I think the original colors would have looked great too, but this boat turned out way better than I expected. I really like the way this one came out!
As for the trailer, the design Ram-Lin uses is superior to the Boatmate design. It is a more sturdy trailer, and the side bunks keep the trailer legal. Guide poles on a boat with an 8' 6" beam would make the trailer illegal to tow because the trailer would be over the maximum trailerable width in most states without a permit. The widest point of a G23 is the rubrail at 8' 6", and that's why Ram-Lin's side bunks sit lower.

I would be nervous driving it up on the trailer in a high cross wind; thinking I would rub the side. How is the trailer at stopping a good power on maneuver. I've only had the boatmate.

The bunks are more solid than the poles anyway. The trailer gets backed in so that about 25% of the bunks are out of the water. I have never had any issues with them rubbing and causing damage, and I have had this style on all three of my G boats as well as my 236 and my 230.
