2006 Nautiques?

I know this sounds petty, but did you guys notice that there's no carpet under the rear seat on the 206.
Just shiny fiberglass like a Moomba. I like my 02 196. I'm positive that I'm the only one who prefer's the black windshield to the silver they started in 04. Like I said, petty!!! :grin: Mike

I prefer the black also. I've already chimed in on the logo, but it is seriously driving me crazy. This is a plea to anyone that buys an 06 AIR. Please, please, please remove the god awful tribal bs. I cannot believe CC did that, it's embarassing. Talk about the polar opposite of a clean and classic design which CC is kind of known for. Sorry about the rant I just REALLY hate that logo.

I'm trying to figure out where the control for the hydrogate is on the 206 and can they retrofit mine. My understanding is the gate is in the down position to create hook in the hull for slalom and up to bring up the bow for trick wake.

I did not see the actuator (on the gate) on the previous pic, which leads me to believe the gate is an option, and if you don't get it, you get a metal plate bolted to the rear of the boat. That means only one mold for the hulls.

I just had a coworker say he saw the new 220 over at a dealer in MO. Explained the graphics to a tee.

I love the fact that a coworker, who has never been on a Nautique in his life, has seen the boat before I have, and I am the MO Promo driver! Thanks CC! :x

I would like to know how this guy has already seen the boat when they are just now finishing up the very first production version this week.

Hey George. You already have the hook on your hull. So, the retrofit would require some glass work. I'm pretty sure it could be done.

the gate will only improve the trick wake and provide more power for jump. The slalom wake is completely unchanged.

Interesting, since he described the graphics that was posted earlier. He said they had a big banner telling those to come see the new 2006 Nautiques. Of course, he could have thought he saw a 220 and saw a 226 instead.

That is correct, it is not the tribal graphic. He even described it to me before I showed him it to verify.

SGY I know there is hook in the hull but I was wondering if CC is going to make a kit avalable to the dealer to do this. They would also have to remove the drain plug

I was told that the 220 wouldn't be released untill later in the year, I would really like to see the details on the boat becuase my wife loves the 211 but not the 210. Eventually Correct Craft will release there 2006 line up for all that is interested in purchasing.
