1966 16 Correct Craft - how much water does it draft?

    Hello Everyone,

I am new to the forum and am researching Correct Crafts.

We have a Donzi now but may add an early Correct Craft. I am curious to learn how much water is needed to simply float the boat (not drive under power)

Our pond connects to a larger lake through a canal that is sometimes shallow. Right now it is 26 inches deep, but sometimes it is 15 inches deep. I don't mind walking it through the 20 foot long canal but want to know what I need for a depth.

The boat I am looking at is a 66 with a Small Block Chevy an Velvet Drive.

    Thanks, Tim

Have a look at the specs listed on the "sell sheets" -- they list three models I think for that year: Barracuda, Skylark and Wildcat.
