pics needed: 210/230 with black "interior deck" (above rub rail)

We are selling our g23 and going to a 2015 230.

Does anyone have pics of a 210/230 with the black option of the "interior deck"? Basically it's above the rub rail, around and down to the floor.

Knowing that the online designer can only do so much to "show" an actual representation of the actual boat, I'd like to see how it looks on an actual boat.

    Thanks.

Our current preference for design is all white, no stripe. black deck interior and perhaps a piping color.

Here are some examples of our potential choices.

I would like to know just how much black there is and if it will significantly add to the 'heat' in the boat.

I know you think the inside deck color looks cool and all that but I will highly suggest against it. Since it is the inside of the boat and people are moving around and stuff is around it, it gets scratched beyond easy and it's hard just to buff out. For 2015 I honestly don't think black as a interior deck color is a option anymore for that reason.

The black deck was available in 2014 only. It is not an option in 2015.

I am very disappointed about this. I loved my black deck this year.

I can't help with your request but wanted to understand why your selling your G23 for a 230? I currently have a 230 and was thinking about going to a g23 in a year or two.

I have a 2014 g23 450 as well and am considering selling it. Great boat - and most likely going to keep it at the end of the day - but I do feel like it's an SUV to drive. We have a lake house with dock right on water and may want something a bit more nimble as we mostly make multiple runs in and out vs being on boat all day. I came
Over from a cobalt and was very worried about being in choppy water all day - so went with g23. Probably could have gone 230 and hearing surf wake better than g23. Also g23 puts out a pro style surfboard wake that's not suitable for everyone. Final gripe is how weight sensitive the wake is boarding, washes out with the smallest of weight movement / rider pull at 18/19 mph.

Lots of positives to boat - just listing reasons I'm looking.

Investigating 230 - am very interested in this thread...

I have heard the wakeboard wake behind the 230 is even more sensitive than the G.

duke- you nailed it. This boat was purchased as the 'do-all' family boat. We sold 3 boats, incl. a pontoon w/ a 200 Merc Verado, ac4-winns bow rider and a boston whaler skiff, in order to give us an 'all day' boat.
We had the G 2 weeks and the wife went to the dealer and brought home a new pontoon.

At the end of the day, we love the G. It does everything we need it to, but...

                  1. We need a boat that is more nimble. Wife is still not comfortable captaining and she is pretty **** woman.

                  2. I need to assist in docking into the hoist and undocking. Boat is SUV like in close quarters. It doesn't have a scratch on it and she doesn't want to be the who christened it.

Already have a line on a 19' B/W Montauk for fishing, the wife has the pontoon. Now we need to 'resize' the wake boat to better suit our needs.

For some reason the site blocked a word in my post as *****. It should read nautical woman.

I had had to had spaces apparently the site doesn't like that word.

That's the second time that they've taken that option away. Well guess what Nautique? You just took away one of my biggest reasons for ordering my new dream boat. Real smart move.....

We never surfed before owning the G.
Still wakebd a good deal, but honestly surf way more.
My kids(3) are good for 2-3 pulls each wakeboarding, but will want to surf for hours(seems like an eternity at times).

The friendship and interactiveness with the rider make for some of the best memories. Instead of just sitting back and watching(wake brding), they are talking to, cheering on, egging on, throwing pool noodles at, etc. the rider.

The wave has been super easy to make and is huge compared to other friends whom own a LSV and a centurion. I would like to figure out how to make it a bit longer, but haven't really gone that deep into figuring it out.

Someone here mentioned the 230 wave being 'sensitive' to create and keep. Curious......???.

230 surf wave is so easy to make huge and long and be able to switch on the fly and have clean wave on both sides. If you weight the boat about to wakeboard it is a little touchy on weighting evenly but not with surf!!

I am likely driving the 230 next week - and then have to decide if I want to go through pain of selling my 14 g23(450) as initial discussions with dealer left a lot to be desired. Pm me if interested in discussing.
