2012 210 steering cable

is it possible to have a steering cable wear or bind with only 70 hours on boat? i just noticed when making a hard left turn it is more difficult to get steering all the way left when under power. i understand left will always be more difficult due to prop rotation, but its more than that.

when boat is out of water, you can move rudder back and forth with almost zero effort and turn steering wheel.

Is it pulling to the right? Maybe an issue with your tunable rudder?

I lube my 210 rudder every 2 or 3 times out to keep it smooth.
