I have a 2012 230 and with the tower upright, is roughly 10'6". I built my detached garage with a 12 ft door. The neighbors joke and call it the fire station due to the garage door height and red brick.

I store my 2011 210 in an 8ft door, but the tower has to be down all the way. With the racks pulled in, it clears barely.

I have what you would consider an 11 foot roll up door with an 11' 2" rough opening mounted outside the garage I also have a wide 1" door recess in the slab so it feels more like 11' 3". Height wise mine fits with ease, I don't have to make sure that I roll the door all the way up and I can fit a G21 as well. My garage is only 26' deep which just barely fits a 21" boat with enough room to squeeze past. I can fit without folding my tongue but its easier not to back all the way to the wall.

I would just tell the garage guys to make it a 30' RV garage with a 12' door if you can swing the size, makes it easy for them and easy for you. A standard 12' RV garage door should cost less than a custom shorter door but I needed something that would keep the height down as the code limited how much land I could cover and the maximum height I could have with a detached building and using a exterior roll up lets you use every bit of the rough opening.

Mine is wood but painted brick red, the neighbors all call it the barn.
