Disconnected hose in engine bay?

Hello, I happened to look in the engine area on my G23(2013) with ZR450 and saw this hose just laying there, not connected to anything. It is on the left side of engine if you are facing the back of the boat. If anyone knows what it is and where to hook it back up, it would be much appreciated.

That's your oil drain hose. You can drain your oil through that hose by removing the plug and pumping it out.

Yep that's the oil drain hose.

FYI, order a Pela 6000 oil extractor.... It will fit perfectly down that tube so you can do your own oil changes quick, easy and clean.

Then cut the end off one of the tubes and grab a hose barb to FNPT fitting(on my 03, Nautique might have changed the fitting). That way you can still use the dipstick hose for changing vdrive or transmission fluid, but you can thread your drain hose on to your vacuum hose to drain your engine oil.

It seems to me that it drains faster this way. Also Nautique might have changed the oil drain fitting or added drain fittings to the vdrive/transmission, so check before you do this.
